JOB OPPORTUNITY: MULTIPLE POSITIONS
- HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor time & attendance
- Assist with the interpretation of HR policies including conditions of service to staff
Assist Head HR & Administration with performance appraisal process through departmental heads - Maintain a staff database for employees.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads & managing the hiring process.
- To keep correspondence documents and oral information secure in order to ensure confidentiality.
- Monthly report regarding any HR related activities
- Timely processing of contracts for all new staff.
- Opening staff files & ensuring that all the files are updated with all the important and relevant documents.
- Assist Head HR & Administration in the management of staff welfare
- Facilitate onboarding/ induction of new staff.
- Management of company fleet
Qualifications/ Experience
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
- 2-3 years’ experience.
- Hospital experience will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate & proficiency in Microsoft Office word & excel.
- Good communication skills.
- MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promotes Customer care for all Customers by implementing best practice standards in public relations & marketing.
- Recruits’ new members to the Medical Scheme through corporate presentation and personal selling efforts.
- Conducts regular customer satisfaction surveys.
- Provides management with feedback from the clients on services offered.
- Produces and implements annual marketing & public relations plans for the organization.
- Contributing in the implementation of marketing & public relations strategies.
- Develop & implement marketing and public relations plans & campaigns to increase awareness a & drive patient volume.
- Stay abreast with industry trends, competitor activities and best practices in Marketing and Public Relations.
- Manage all aspects of hospital marketing, including advertising & digital marketing, social media email marketing and events.
- Prepare monthly & quarterly reports on marketing & public relations activities including customer care.
Qualifications/ Experience
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma in Public Relations, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in marketing and Public Relations
- Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast & print)
- Proficient in MS Office & social media marketing
- Strong communication ability (oral & written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Creativity & problem-solving aptitude
- Experience working in a hospital environment will be an added advantage
